The Single Conversation is the process through which the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) and the local authorities within East Sussex, working with other key partners, will develop a Local Investment Plan to determine where HCA and local authority investments and interventions will be made.
This Local Investment Plan will then be formalised in a Local Investment Agreement.
Within East Sussex, the participating local authorities are:
· Hastings Borough Council
· Eastbourne Borough Council
· Lewes District Council
· Rother District Council
· Wealden District Council
· East Sussex County Council
